Delivery

All of our teak furniture is delivered right to your door.

Please ensure the couriers have suitable access so your delivery can be completed.

If the courier cannot complete the delivery a second delivery charge may apply. If you have any questions, please call us before ordering. For any special delivery requirements, please contact us prior to ordering.

Returns

Items must be returned to us in a fully resalable condition, which means unused and in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns for items that have been assembled or used, this includes items that have been treated (e.g. painted, stained or varnished). Coastal Teak reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange on items deemed as not resalable. Items must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt and a note must be included stating your Order ID number and reason for return.

We recommend you return goods either tracked or recorded as we cannot be held responsible for missing goods or items damaged in transit. If you prefer we can also arrange returns to be collected by our courier, but please be aware we are not responsible for return postage costs which must be met by you, the customer.
